Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using the SanaJong Client Portal and the account, billing, domain, DNS, support, and service-management tools available through it.
Using the portal
The SanaJong Client Portal is provided to SanaJong clients for managing services, domains, DNS settings, invoices, billing details, support requests, and account security. You may use the portal only for lawful business purposes and only for accounts or services you are authorized to manage.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, passkeys, and multi-factor authentication methods secure. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Google sign-in
The portal may allow sign-in with Google. Google sign-in is used only to authenticate you and connect your Google identity to your SanaJong portal account. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's applicable terms and policies.
Services, domains, DNS, and billing
- Service availability, renewal, cancellation, and support may depend on the specific service agreement, invoice, or order connected to your account.
- You are responsible for reviewing changes to domain, DNS, email, and verification records before saving them. Incorrect DNS changes can interrupt websites, email, or verification flows.
- Invoices, payment methods, and billing details must be accurate and kept up to date.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, or use the portal to harm other systems or users.
- Do not upload or send unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or malicious content through support requests or service forms.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass technical restrictions in the portal.
Client data
You retain responsibility for the accuracy of information you enter into the portal. We process client data to provide, secure, bill, support, and improve the portal and related services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the portal reliable, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security work, third-party provider issues, or events outside our control. We may update the portal features, workflows, and these terms over time.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The portal is provided as an account-management interface for SanaJong services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the portal. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
